Every order. No minimum, no threshold to reach, no box to upgrade into. We ship to the United States.

How long it takes

Your piece spends two to four days in the workroom being printed and sewn — one to three if it is one of the US-made ones — and then it travels. Our own door-to-door estimate is nine to eighteen business days from Vietnam and four to nine from the States. The making time is the workroom's figure and the travelling time is ours, and we would rather give you the real number than a flattering one. A piece that turns up early is a good day.

Thirty nights

Thirty nights from the day it arrives. If it is not right — too warm, not warm enough, not what you pictured, or you simply changed your mind — reply to your order email and send it back. No photographs, no form, no reason required.

If it arrives damaged or wrong

Reply to your order email with a photograph and we will remake it or refund it, whichever you would rather have.

Cancelling

A piece goes into the workroom quickly, so reply to your order email as soon as you know and we will tell you straight away whether it is too late to stop. If it has already started, the thirty nights covers you anyway.
